Parachute Regiment Mizpah sweetheart brooch

A very scarce original 1940's wartime period 'Parachute Regiment chromium plated sweetheart brooch'; winged parachute canopy surmounted by the Royal Crest and suspended from a double heart pin bar, one inscribed with 'MIZPAH', the other with the Benediction 'THE LORD WATCH BETWEEN ME & THEE WHEN WE ARE ABSENT ONE FROM ANOTHER'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, an excellent example.
