A scarce First World War period 'Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve badge'; gilded brass circular example, inlaid with black enamel, bearing officer's style badge to the centre with 'RNV' above the fouled anchor. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, minor service wear to gilt finish.
