A scarce original First World War period fine quality 'Royal Flying Corps sweetheart brooch', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1917 and maker's details "ALLd" (Adie & Lovekin Ltd Birmingham). Very good condition, retaining original pin fitting professionally replaced hook.
