A very scarce Boer War period flag day badge, simply made from a strip of celluloid folded in half and mounted on a curled ended safety pin bar; the front printed with the badge of the regiment a coronetted shield bearing fifteen bezants resting on 'One and All' motto scroll, the reverse inscribed "The Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry (32nd and 46th Foot). Very good condition, retaining original pin fitting, colours remain bright. Height 35mm.
