A scarce First World War period 'The King's Own (Royal Lancaster Regiment) gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch' depicting the 'Lion of England' with blue enamel scroll below 'The King's Own' on white enamel ground. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt remains bright.
Height 28mm.
