A very scarce Second World War period 'Loyal Suffolk Hussars sweetheart brooch' depicting a castle said to be that of 'Bury St. Edmunds' with date of raising "1793" below and applied to a slender bar the reverse impressed "Sterling" with maker's details "T.L.M" (Thomas Lynton Mott) "England". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Width 52mm. Height 18mm.
