An attractive antique 'Royal Horse Artillery watch fob'; large ornate hollow silver example bearing a Edward VII crowned title strap, heavy artillery gun to the centre, with tri-part scroll below 'Quo fas et gloria ducunt' (Wherever right and glory lead); the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1906 and maker's details "M B" in separate circles. Very good condition, complete with ring, minor manufacturers flaw to 'Fas' scroll and incorrect spelling 'Pas'. Height 39mm.

A scarce First World War period hatpin for securing a ladies bonnet, manufactured at that time from a 'Royal Horse Artillery gilt ball style uniform button' and worn with pride by a loved one, of a soldier serving 'King and Country' during the Great War. Very good condition, retaining original very long single pin, gilt remains bright, an excellent example. Diameter of button 17mm. Length 255mm.
