A scarce First World War period 'Royal Irish Fusiliers sweetheart brooch', gilded brass example in the form of a crowned grenade, the centre depicting 'Prince of Wales's Plumes' over Maid of Erin Harp', mounted on a slender bar. Good condition, retaining original pin fittings, blue enamel with defect at the neck.
A rare First World War period Royal Irish Fusiliers sweetheart brooch, the reverse impressed 'Sterling' and with maker's details "T.L.M" (Thomas Lynton Mott). Very good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
A rare Victorian converted officer quality silver and gilt badge made from four parts, comprising a gilt backing plate, with an applied silvered Coronet, below a seperate gilt grenade bearing a silvered eagle on plinth with "8". The reverse with a padded base steel pin and original hook. Very good condition, gilt fresh.
A fine quality example, the reverse bearing Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1963 and maker's details "HJL" in trefoil. Very good condition, original pin fittings incorporating safety catch and housed in a velvet lined fitted leather case.
