A very scarce First World War period '4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards silver and enamel sweetheart brooch' in the form of a small representation of the cap badge inlaid with enamelling, the reverse impressed 'Sterling' and maker's details 'TLM' (Thomas Lyster Mott). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel intact, minimal wear. Height 29mm.

A rare original pre-1922 period '4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards badge', gilded brass example, depicting a horseshoe shaped 'Old Comrades Association' title inlaid with white enamel, to the centre the 'Crowned Collar of the Order of St.Patrick' with title below "4th Dragoon Guards" inlaid in red; the reverse impressed with maker's detail "Thomas Fattorini Hockley St. Birmingham" and registered, design and patent number "REG 632818" for 1914. Very good condition, retaining original buttonhole lapel fitting, enamel perfect, gilt remains bright, an excellent example. Height 28mm.
