Boer War Army Service Corps Chester Hallmarked Silver Regimental Sweetheart Brooch.
An unusual crossed rifle and sword example, the reverse bearing Chester silver hallmarks the last date letter obscured by the pin shank and maker's details "W.Bs" (Ward Brothers, Branston St, Birmingham). Very good condition, original pin fittings and retaining all gold plating to the front of the badge.
